The Treehouse Salford

The Treehouse is a little independent cafe run by two Czech friends. An all-day breakfast, and friendly service make this Lower Broughton spot a local favourite. We recommend you come with an empty stomach and an appetite for pancakes.


Piccolo 

With its authentic menu and passionate approach to coffee Piccolo brings Southern Italy to Salford. Its stylish café serves espresso drinks, traditional Italian pastries and light bites. The warm welcome and attentive service make this a good spot for a quick espresso or a meal with friends.

92 Degrees

92 degrees coffee is a roaster/ coffee shop that started in Liverpool and focuses on high-quality, ethically sourced beans. Their expert baristas make excellent espresso drinks and pour-over coffee. Inside 92 Degrees you’ll find communal tables and nooks for work or relaxation. Sustainable and committed to community engagement, 92 Degrees offers thoughtful coffee in Salford.

Vibe Coffee

Vibe Coffee draws inspiration from Chicago sandwich shops and bring it to Broughton. Quality coffee and protein-enhanced options at Vibe coffee appeal to Coffee lovers as well as fitness enthusiasts, plus there’s a strong Halal food menu available to boot.

Inner West

This fresh and modern Salford coffee house serves specialty coffee, artisanal pastries and seasonal treats. The minimal but cozy interior is a place where customers can relax. Inner West focuses on premium beans and prepares them with expertise, we loved their Lemon Drizzle cake, we are all powerless in the face of Lemon Drizzle.

Tucked in near Salford Central Train Station, these guys have only been open for less than a year but their sandwiches are already a go-to for commuters on their way to the office.

Salford Roasters

“Making proper coffee accessible since 2016”

This specialty coffee roastery only sources and roasts the very best ethically produced beans. There they serve single-origin coffees and blends in variety of brewing methods. Education and sustainability are key values at Salford Roasters, we recently tried a bag of their Ugandan beans and we were blown away.


Cult & Coffee Shop

In a concept store, Cult coffee shop offers high-end barber services and handcrafted coffee. The Clippers Quay spot serves specialty coffees and offers professional grooming. Its industrial-chic interior creates a cool, casual setting for customers to grab a coffee, get a haircut, or hang out.


The Old Fire Station Bakery

In a restored historic building The Old Fire Station offers a unique coffee experience in Salford. Fresh roasted coffee from their on-site Lark Hill Brewery, artisanal sourdough bread and a rotating menu of locally sourced food make up this cafe, bar, and bakery combo. High ceilings and original architectural features create a bright interior for quality coffee and conversation.

In the past we’ve bought their sourdough loaves to up our at home brunch game, each piece is the perfect platform for a pair of poached eggs, try saying that after a few shandies.

The Coffee House & The Kitchen

This family-run cafe in Monton serves up a warm welcome and a menu based on homemade food. Famous for their hearty breakfasts and lunches, The Coffee House & The Kitchen also serve specialty coffees and teas. Cozy interior and friendly staff mean locals and visitors can relax over a coffee break or a casual meal.


Brew & Bee

Brew & Bee is a local favourite in Walkden, with a dog-friendly cafe. Breakfast and brunch, specialty coffees and casual dining are available at this cafe. Bright, airy interior and outdoor seating are perfect for catching up with friends or reading with a book and a cup of coffee.


Munchyhub

Although most known for their baked goods and desserts, Munchyhub also serves up some quality coffees. Customers can enjoy freshly baked brownies, blondies and cakes in this Salford bakery and cafe while they sip a latte or cappuccino. Friendly atmosphere and tempting aromas make Munchyhub a favourite spot for those with a sweet tooth and a love of good coffee.

Deli Lama Cafe Bar

Independent art and cafe bars on Chapel Street combine coffee culture and creativity. Deli Lama serves locally roasted coffee and has healthy, nutritious options including many vegan and vegetarian options. With its artsy feel, including local art and regular live events, the cafe is a popular meeting point for Salford's creative community to meet, work, and drink quality coffee.

Foundation Coffee House

The Salford arm of Foundation is stunning, a takeaway spot set in an old bank. It has a simple yet stunning interior, we love the glazed panelling at it’s centre, and quality menu of pastries alongside specialty coffees of course. The knowledgeable staff make every cup perfectly and it’s one of our top Flat White spots.
