Our student homes are now available for viewing ahead of the new academic year 2024/25. We’ve got stunning houses in amazing locations, from Victoria Park and Withington to Fallowfield and Salford. Whether you’re a student at The University of Salford, Manchester Metropolitan University, The University Of Manchester, The Arden or even attending medical school at The Christie; our properties are never too far from the action.

Coming in all shapes and sizes: from semi-detached 8-beds to cosy 5-beds or even a 10-bed mansion, your group will find the perfect place to settle in no time. Each home has its own unique personality, including specially designed features ranging from modern bifold doors to wonderful wall art, or backyard bars to open-plan kitchen-diners. With all bills included in the price, here at Luxome® we prioritise our residents above all, ensuring that your university experience is all you could’ve wished for. Tenancies start on the 15th of July 2024 and will end on the 30th of June 2025, but don’t let this deter you from securing your home as fast as possible.
